Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: July 20, 2026 | Platform: OnePath Education

1. Acceptance of Terms & Structural Overview

Welcome to OnePath Education (“Platform,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”). By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using our website located at https://onepatheducation.com, or any associated sub-domains, web applications, or mobile portals provided by OnePath Education, you (“User,” “Student,” “Parent,” “Tutor,” or “Visitor”) explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and OnePath Education. If you do not agree with, or cannot abide by, any provision contained within these Terms, you are strictly prohibited from accessing, browsing, registering, or otherwise utilizing any services offered by OnePath Education. We reserve the absolute right, at our sole discretion, to modify, amend, update, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. It remains your sole responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

2. Platform Nature & Scope of Facilitation Services

OnePath Education operates solely as an online technology framework and administrative directory service designed to facilitate connections between independent educational service providers (“Tutors” or “Instructors”) and individuals seeking educational guidance (“Students” or “Parents/Guardians”).

You explicitly understand and acknowledge that:

  • Intermediary Status: OnePath Education is an administrative and marketplace intermediary. We are not an educational institution, school, academy, or employment agency.
  • No Employment Relationship: Tutors listing their profiles on OnePath Education are independent service providers (Contractors). Nothing in these Terms or on the Platform shall be construed as creating an employment, joint venture, partnership, agency, or franchise relationship between OnePath Education and any Tutor.
  • Curriculum Autonomy: Specific instructional methods, study materials, lesson plans, and schedules are agreed upon independently between Tutors and Students/Parents. OnePath Education does not prescribe mandatory pedagogical methods.

3. Account Registration, Security, & Authentication

To access specific features of the Platform—such as registering as a Student or creating a public profile as a Tutor—you must complete an official account registration process utilizing our authentication systems.

During registration, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, complete, and truthful information as prompted by the registration fields (including full name, valid email address, phone contact, and academic background).
  • Maintain and promptly update your profile information to ensure it remains completely accurate, current, and verified at all times.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password, login parameters, and verification codes.
  • Accept full financial and operational responsibility for all activities, bookings, inquiries, and interactions that occur under your account username and password.
  • Immediately notify OnePath Education support upon discovering any unauthorized access, security breach, or compromised credentials associated with your account.

OnePath Education reserves the absolute right to suspend, terminate, or delete any user account if we reasonably suspect that any information provided is false, inaccurate, misleading, or violates these Terms.

4. Tutor Eligibility, Screening, & Qualification Declarations

Individuals applying to register as Tutors on OnePath Education must fulfill strict professional and legal eligibility criteria prior to profile approval and public listing within our directories.

By applying as a Tutor, you represent, warrant, and covenant that:

  • You possess the legal capacity, academic qualifications, degrees, certifications, and expertise claimed within your public profile.
  • You are at least 18 years of age (or have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and possess full legal authority to enter into binding independent service contracts.
  • You have never been convicted of any criminal offense, misdemeanor involving moral turpitude, child endangerment, fraud, or offenses related to physical or emotional misconduct.
  • You agree to submit clear, unedited documentation—including national identity cards (CNIC/Passport), educational degree certificates, experience letters, and reference contacts—upon request by the OnePath Education verification team.

While OnePath Education performs administrative record reviews during onboarding, we do not issue absolute, legally binding guarantees regarding the authenticity of third-party documents. Parents and Students retain the duty to perform independent due diligence prior to scheduling private lessons.

5. Student & Parent Obligations and Conduct Rules

Students and Parents utilizing OnePath Education to discover, hire, and engage Tutors must adhere to strict operational standards to maintain safety, mutual respect, and legal compliance across all interactions.

As a Student or Parent/Guardian, you explicitly agree that:

  • You shall provide a safe, respectful, professional, and conducive environment for all tutoring sessions (whether conducted physically in-person or virtually via online communication software).
  • You shall not engage in any form of harassment, intimidation, abusive language, discrimination, stalking, or inappropriate behavior toward Tutors or administrative staff.
  • Parents or legal guardians must directly supervise or oversee all physical or virtual tutoring sessions involving minor students under the age of 18.
  • You shall respect the scheduled time slots and provide at least 24 hours’ notice to Tutors in the event of an unavoidable session cancellation or rescheduling requirement.

6. Financial Terms, Fee Structures, & Independent Payment Protocols

OnePath Education enforces transparent financial standards designed to govern platform interactions, listing features, and service agreements between users.

The financial framework operates under the following conditions:

  • Direct Fee Agreements: Unless otherwise specified through an official OnePath Education escrow or automated billing utility, tuition fees, hourly rates, and session packages are negotiated directly between the Student/Parent and the Tutor.
  • Platform Listing Fees: OnePath Education reserves the right to charge Tutors registration fees, profile placement fees, or directory membership charges for enhanced directory visibility and verification badges. All administrative fees paid to OnePath Education are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
  • Non-Responsibility for External Transactions: OnePath Education shall not be held liable or responsible for any direct financial loss, cash exchange disputes, unauthorized bank transfers, unrendered services, or fee non-payments occurring directly between Tutors and Students/Parents outside our official verified transaction channels.
  • Tax Compliance: Tutors are independently and solely responsible for declaring, filing, and paying all applicable local, provincial, national, or income taxes arising from fees collected for tutoring services.

7. Prohibited Uses & User Code of Misconduct

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use OnePath Education strictly in accordance with these Terms. You agree that you will not use the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or prohibited by these provisions.

Strictly prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:

  • Impersonating any person, business entity, representative, or fellow user, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any educational institution.
  • Scraping, harvesting, mining, or extracting user data, phone numbers, email addresses, or profile information from the Platform using automated scripts, bots, spiders, or crawlers.
  • Attempting to bypass, disable, reverse-engineer, or interfere with any security features, access restrictions, or database query structures of OnePath Education.
  • Using the Platform to solicit Tutors or Students for competing commercial directory services, unauthorized multi-level marketing, or spam communication.
  • Engaging in academic dishonesty, such as completing graded examinations, official university tests, or thesis defenses on behalf of a student in violation of institutional honor codes.

Violation of any code of conduct rule shall result in immediate account termination, profile removal, and potential reporting to law enforcement authorities without prior notice.

8. Intellectual Property Rights & Content Licensing

All content, branding, assets, software code, design layouts, graphics, database architectures, logos, text, and media published on https://onepatheducation.com (excluding individual user-uploaded profile text) are the exclusive intellectual property of OnePath Education and are protected by applicable national copyright, trademark, and intellectual property protection laws.

With respect to user-generated content (including Tutor bio texts, profile images, subject descriptions, and reviews):

  • You retain ownership of the original text, credentials, and photographs you upload to your personal profile.
  • By uploading content to OnePath Education, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to display, modify, reformat, adapt, translate, and distribute your public profile data across our directories, search filters, and marketing materials.
  • You warrant that all content uploaded by you does not infringe upon any third-party copyright, trademark, privacy right, or proprietary interest.

9. Reviews, Ratings, & Public Feedback System

OnePath Education may provide interactive review systems allowing Students and Parents to post ratings, feedback, and constructive comments regarding Tutors listed in the directory.

When posting reviews or managing ratings, you agree that:

  • All feedback must be truthful, objective, accurate, and based upon actual, verified academic sessions conducted with the respective Tutor.
  • Reviews containing profanity, personal insults, defamatory remarks, hate speech, or extortion attempts (e.g., demanding lower fees in exchange for a positive review) are strictly prohibited.
  • OnePath Education reserves the right, but assumes no obligation, to monitor, edit, hide, or delete any review deemed inappropriate, malicious, or fabricated.
  • Tutors are strictly forbidden from posting fake reviews on their own profiles or soliciting artificial positive ratings from non-student third parties.

10. Third-Party Plugins, External Links, & Service Integrations

Our website utilizes third-party software plugins (such as Ultimate Member, Elementor framework assets, font packages, and analytical utilities) and may contain hyperlinks to third-party external websites, platforms, or payment gateways.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • OnePath Education does not control, endorse, monitor, or assume legal liability for the content, privacy policies, practices, or availability of third-party external websites or services.
  • Your interactions with external service providers—including messaging applications (e.g., WhatsApp), video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet), or third-party payment channels—are strictly subject to the respective terms and privacy conditions of those individual providers.
  • OnePath Education shall not be liable for any damage, loss, system errors, or security issues caused by third-party plugin failures or external website redirections.

11. Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OnePath Education, its directors, employees, technical administrators, domain owners, and operational partners provide the Platform on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing:

  • We explicitly disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular educational purpose, non-infringement, system accuracy, and uninterrupted website operational uptime.
  • We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, completely secure, immune to server bugs or database interruptions, or that defects will be immediately rectified.
  • Under no circumstances shall OnePath Education be held liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages—including loss of profits, educational time, personal data, academic standing, reputation, or financial resources—arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the Platform.

12. Indemnification Clause

You agree to defend, indemnify, release, and hold harmless OnePath Education, its owners, technical developers, operational staff, and affiliate partners from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, demands, expenses, or legal fees (including reasonable legal expenses) arising out of or related to:

  • Your breach or violation of any provision contained within these Terms and Conditions.
  • Your interaction, tutoring engagements, physical home visits, or fee disputes with any Tutor, Student, or Parent discovered through the Platform.
  • Any false, inaccurate, or misleading information uploaded within your registration form or public directory profile.
  • Your infringement of any intellectual property, privacy, or legal rights belonging to a third party.

13. Account Termination, Suspension, & Profile Deletion

OnePath Education maintains full authority to manage platform integrity, security standards, and directory compliance.

Operational termination provisions dictate that:

  • We reserve the right to suspend, deactivate, or permanently delete your account, tutor directory listing, or access permissions at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct detrimental to the Platform.
  • You may request the voluntary deletion of your user account and profile data at any time by contacting our administrative support team or utilizing profile deletion features within your account settings.
  • Upon account termination, all rights, licenses, and access permissions granted to you under these Terms shall immediately cease. Provisions concerning intellectual property, liability limitations, indemnification, and dispute resolution shall survive account termination.

14. Governing Law, Dispute Resolution, & Severability

These Terms, their interpretation, and any disputes, legal claims, or actions arising out of or in connection with your use of OnePath Education shall be governed by, construed, and enforced strictly in accordance with the substantive laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

In the event of any legal controversy, claim, or operational dispute:

  • The parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue amicably through good-faith informal administrative negotiation with OnePath Education management.
  • If informal resolution fails within thirty (30) business days, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located within the relevant judicial district governing the domain operations of OnePath Education.
  • If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such invalidity shall not affect the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
