1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to OnePath Education. By accessing our website (https://onepatheducation.com/) and using our services, including Online Schooling, Quran Academy, and Home Tutoring, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, students, parents, and tutors who use our platform.

OnePath Education reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for updates.

2. Student & Parent Obligations

Parents and students using OnePath Education's services agree to:

• Provide accurate information during the registration process.
• Maintain a respectful and professional environment during online or home tuition sessions.
• Ensure a quiet and suitable environment for learning, especially for online classes.
• Respect the tutor's time and adhere to the agreed schedule.

3. Tutor Rules & Regulations

Tutors registered with OnePath Education must adhere to the highest standards of professional conduct. Any breach of these rules may lead to immediate termination of the tutor's profile.

• Verification: Tutors must provide genuine academic degrees, CNIC, and profile pictures.
• Direct Dealing: Tutors are strictly prohibited from making direct financial arrangements with clients introduced by OnePath without our prior consent.
• Quality: Tutors must follow the prescribed syllabus (O-Levels, Matric, etc.) and provide regular progress reports to parents.

4. Payment Policy

OnePath Education acts as a facilitator. Fee structures are agreed upon at the time of admission. All fees for online schooling and Quran Academy must be paid in advance via our official bank accounts or payment gateways.

For home tuition, the first month's fee management will be guided by OnePath's official policy provided during the matching process.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We value the time of both our students and educators. If a student needs to cancel a session, a minimum of 24-hour notice is required. Failure to provide notice may result in the session being charged in full.

Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis and are generally only issued if OnePath Education fails to provide a suitable tutor after the registration fee has been paid.

6. Limitation of Liability

OnePath Education is a platform connecting teachers and students. While we perform background checks, we are not responsible for the independent actions of tutors or students outside of the educational context. OnePath shall not be liable for any personal disputes, property damage, or academic outcomes.
